Quick Summery
The BespokeBooth Template Widget has been updated with a new dashboard that lets members create and manage their own widgets, update settings and view client submissions in one place. We’ve launched a major update to the BespokeBooth Template Widget, giving members much more control over how they manage their client template-selection workflow. Members can now log directly into the Widget Dashboard using the same login details as their BespokeBooth account.
What’s New?
The new Widget Dashboard allows you to:
- Create and manage multiple widgets
- Update your widget name, subdomain and contact email
- Upload or change your logo
- Choose whether to request a Booking ID or Reference
- Select which template layouts are available
- Activate or deactivate individual widgets
- View client submissions and submission details from your dashboard
To create a new widget, log in to the Widget Dashboard, go to Widget Management and select Add New Widget.
Existing widgets can be updated at any time by selecting Manage Widget.
Why This Helps
The new dashboard gives you more control without needing BespokeBooth to manually make changes to your widget.
It also brings your widgets and client submissions together in one place, making it easier to manage template selections across different clients, brands or parts of your business.
Still in Progress
We’re continuing to improve the Widget Dashboard and submission workflow, with a couple of additional updates currently in progress.
Direct Download Links
Download links shown inside submissions are being updated to use direct downloads, rather than taking you back through the BespokeBooth website.
This will make it quicker and easier to access completed template files directly from your submissions.
Canva Template Links
We’re also adding Canva links to template submissions where available.
This means you’ll be able to open the corresponding Canva template directly from the submission, without needing to search for the design separately.
These features are still being worked on and will be added to the Widget Dashboard once ready.
What Members Need to Do
If you already use the Template Widget, log in to the new Widget Dashboard using your existing BespokeBooth account details.
We recommend checking your widget settings and becoming familiar with the new management and submissions areas.
Important Note
Your Widget Dashboard uses the same account login details as BespokeBooth. Changes made to your widget can be managed directly from the dashboard, including activating or deactivating the widget when required.
