Memberships
Pro includes access to the template library, unlimited downloads, the branded client widget and professional editing of stock templates.
Pro+ includes everything in Pro, plus up to 20 custom template designs during each membership year
Pro is best for businesses that mainly use ready made templates. Pro+ is better for businesses that also receive unusual, highly specific or themed client requests.
Yes. Please get in contact with us about upgrading.
No. We only have annual yearly plans.
Template Widget
A branded client-facing gallery where clients can browse designs, choose one and submit their event details.
Yes. It will appear as YourBusinessName.boothwidget.com
If you require multiple widgets each one must have a different subdomain.
Yes. You can link directly to your widget or embed directly into your website using a HTML iFrame.
*Depending on your web builder you may have to try out different html iFrames.

Yes. When creating your widget you can pick from all of our template layouts, start screens, glam booth & wether to have a custom form shown on your widget.
Submissions go to your email address provided when creating your widget. They also go to our editing team who will create the template for you.
No. The final artwork goes to you.
Files & Delivery
Downloadable files include: PNG, PSD, APNG & MP4.
Canva editors: Click on the ‘Edit in Canva’ button. Once edited download as a PNG. Make sure to click on ‘Transparent background” (must be Canva pro user to use this function).
The PNG overlay files are booth ready. You just need to input our template coordinates into your booth software so the photos match up with our template photo frames.
Any files you download yourself from our website or canva will appear in your PC’s folder.
Files created by our editing team will be emailed to you for download (just the PNG), to download your edits PSD file head to your ‘event edit files’, find your submission folder and click the download link.
Yes. Under your accounts page you will see a ‘Downloads’ tab. There you will find all your previous downloaded templates.
If you use Canva you will have to save the templates in your Canva account.
No. We don’t communicate with your clients at all.
Template Editing
We can edit the text, text colors, background and asset colors (some assets are not color changeable), add logos & certain assets (so long as they are useable and don’t infringe on any copyright or intellectual property).
No. You are limited to 150 edits per year. Any revisions are on edits don’t count towards this but any additional layouts requested for an edit are counted.
If you require more than 150 edits per year please reach out to us about our Enterprise membership.
You can request edits via our website. Click on the template you want and below the description and download button will be an editing form (must be logged in).
If your clients are using your widget then you don’t need to request edits as this will be automatically done via your widget.
We allow 3 revisions to be made. This is for each layout not the collective design if you have additional layouts.
We have a 1-3 business days turnaround time, but we aim for within 24 hours. The 1-3 day rule is for your safety incase of any last minute bookings and our team can’t get the edit done in time.
We do not create custom layouts, change the frames positioning, turn a stock design into something that no longer resembles the original artwork.
We reject any artwork that may violate copyright or intellectual property laws. Our editors have the right to deny edits if they think it goes above our editing rules.
Custom Designs
Anything that we don’t have a stock design made for already. Your clients will use the custom template form on your widget if they can’t find a stock design they like.
Custom request to the editors are done via the custom template form made by you.
Up to 20 per membership year.
At the end of your subscriptions renewal date. Unused credits don’t roll over.
Yes. When you request a custom design your can select what other layouts you need it in including a matching start screen.
Yes. You can click on what start screen layout you need the custom design to be made in.
No. Any request that infringe on copyright or intellectual property laws will be dismissed.
Billing & Renewals
Yes. Unless you have cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel renewal at any time. Your membership remains active until the end of the current paid term.
Because we sell digital products we don’t offer refunds unless you haven’t downloaded a single product. Once you have downloaded a design we can no longer refund you.
If no downloads have been done or services used we can offer a refund. If you have downloaded a few templates we can offer a partial refund at $5 per download within 7 days of purchase.
You will lose access to all our templates, your widget will deactivate and no longer function & the use of our editing service will finish.
You will only have access to previous downloaded templates in your account.
Yes. But you can not share, distribute, sell or profit in anyway from our templates.
