Frequently Asked Questions

We have a 1-3 business days turnaround time but we aim for both edits and revisions completed within 24 hours. If you have last minute bookings we recommend you create the edit yourself incase our team doesn’t get to your submission in time.

Of course. You can download our PSD photoshop files and edit in Adobe photoshop or using the online browser version (free) photopea. If you have Canva PRO you can click on the ‘Edit in Canva’ button and edit the templates in Canva. Make sure to export as a PNG with transparent background selected.

Yes. They can browse your entire catalogue of designs through your widget and pick any design they like for their event.

Our template work with all booth software. So long as you can input our templates coordinates into your booth software template creation tool our templates will work.

Our editing service is included in both Pro & Pro + membership.

Pro + members can request custom templates. You have 20 custom credits per year, this includes revisions & additional layouts. Credits do not roll-over.
