Photo Booth Template Coordinates

Find the exact photo-frame coordinates for each BespokeBooth template layout and enter them into your photo booth software.

Each guide shows the canvas size, frame position, frame dimensions and layout code needed to match our templates correctly.

1. How to Use Coordinates

1. Find Your Template Layout

Check the layout code shown on the template page, such as S3L, L3P or P3P.

2. Open the Matching Guide

Select the same layout code from the coordinate list below.

3. Enter the Frame Values

Add the X position, Y position, width and height for each photo frame into your booth software.

4. Test Before the Event

Run a test capture and confirm that every photo sits correctly inside the template openings.

2. Understanding the Coordinate Table

X   Horizontal distance from the left edge

Y   Vertical distance from the top edge

Width   Width of the photo frame

Height   Height of the photo frame

Frame number   The matching photo position in the template

5. Using Coordinates in Your Booth Software

Most booth programs ask for the same four values:

Always confirm that the template canvas size in your software matches the size listed in the coordinate guide. Enter the values in pixels (px) unless your software uses a different unit.

6. Common Coordinate Problems

Photos frames are shifted left or right

Check the X value and confirm the canvas width is correct.

Photos are too high or too low

Check the Y value and make sure the software measures from the top edge.

Photos are stretched

Confirm the frame width and height and disable any incorrect aspect-ratio setting.

Photos appear above the overlay

Make sure the PNG file is at the top & not as a background layer
