Widget Backdrop Selection

An old feature from our old widget has made it back to the new widget, backdrop upload & selection! You can now upload your backdrops to your widget for you clients to pick’n’choose for their event while picking out their template design. Saves you & your clients from having to go to two separate links and submiting information twice.

For those setting up your widget you will see a field to upload your backdrops to, the images must be labeled correctly otherwise they will not be uploaded. For members who already have widgets setup please get in contact with Sam at [email protected] on getting your backdrops uploaded. Thank you.

Enterprise membership

Since we re-worked our pricing and membership packages to a more simplified version we have add an Enterprise membership for those who do high volume amount of events & need affordable custom template made along with a fast turn-around time 24/7 365.

Pro members already get 150 edits per year included in their membership but with enterprise you only pay $1 per edit (after the 150 free are used) billed monthly & $10 per custom template. Our support will also be available for any needs or questions anytime throughout the day all year round.

Editable Animated Start Screens

We are starting to upload animated screens with editable text to our growing collection of designs. They are only editable through Canva and will just be editable text. I have found the easiest way to add these is to upload them below the static screen in canva so both static & animated will be available on the same page for your choosing.

Im working on this as fast as I can but there are over 1,000 animations to add so the process will take a bit of time to complete. For any new designs added the animated version will for awhile be uploaded at a later date until I can get a system in place to have them done straight away.

Xmas & new year editing times

Editors will be off from 24th – 28th of December and off again from the 31st to the 1st of January 2026. Our regular times will go back to normal on the 5th of January. If you have last minute bookings or revisions we urge you to create these yourself as our team might not be around to get edits over to you in time.

Canva Background error

PLEASE READ IF YOU USE CANVA TO EDIT.

There was an update at Canva that has caused an error on some templates causing the last layer (background) to be transparent. The template affected seems to be random, you can tell if you download and the background is missing/ transparent or on the Layers the template layout is clipped to the background layer (detaching it from the background layer changes its size unfortunately).

If you have seen a template on Canva that is having this problem please email me at [email protected] with the link to the effected template so I can update ASAP!

Pricing Change

Hey all, Sam here owner of BespokeBooth

I have made a decision and I will be reducing the price of the Pro subscription from $199 to $169 and Premium is from $149 to $129.

Why you might be wondering? Everything is getting more and more expensive and I know that every penny/ dollar counts and must be spent on what’s important for you, your family & business. I’m fortunate enough to now be living in Thailand where the cost of living is significantly lower and happy with what I have got, so I believe the right thing to do is reduce the price so I can still cover costs (website, hosting, editors etc) and help fellow photo booth owners such as yourself and save you a bit of money.

If you are currently a member with a Pro subscription at $199 or Premium at $149 I have already change your subscription cost to the lower price and no action from you is needed.

A new widget update will be rolled out next (15th April), the update is actually a re-vamp where we have completely re-build the widget from the ground up to a faster, better, more optimized version. Phase 1 will release with the basic but with Phase 2 later in the year it brings some exciting new features! This has also reduced my hosting costs helping reduce the price and being able to keep the Lifetime option including a widget.

New designs being uploaded the past 2 months have been neglected due to the widget being built but now it’s ready I shall ramp up my efforts and get the backlog of designs up onto the site for downloading & on the new widget.
